Lake Hamilton Family Retreat right on the main channel!
2 BR/1 BA lake cottage has been in owner's family since the 1950's
and the source of many wonderful memories. Time, distance and life
in general keep them from visiting as often as they'd like and they now
offer their home for your enjoyment. Come for a weekend, a week, or
longer if you please, and start making great family vacation memories
of your own!
(Dogs allowed w/$50 non-refundable pet fee!)
Details:
*2 bedrooms (1-queen, 1-king) plus 2 day beds w/trundles in den,
sleeps 6 to 8 comfortably. Located in quiet neighborhood, homes on
both sides are weekenders and empty most of the time.
*Entertainment includes satellite TV & DVD/VCR combo in LR and
additional TV in den has built-in DVD or bring your own game console
(keeps kids occupied!), plus shelves full of books and games in case
it rains.
*Central H/A, ceiling fans in every room, front-loading W/D combo
w/handy steam setting and a fully-equipped kitchen includes
glassware, dishes, utensils, cookware and a slam-dandy coffee &
cappuccino maker.
*Anything you could possibly need is already here including linens and
towels. Forget your curling iron? Got one! Need a coffee grinder, a
pitcher for tea, aluminum foil, how about a stainless martini set? Poke
around in the kitchen - it's there! Somebody scrape a knee? Bandaids
and antiseptic spray are in the bathroom! Make a mess? Cleaning
supplies are under the kitchen sink, don't be shy! All you need to
have a good time here is your clothes, food, drinks and you!
*Lakefront side is made for summer get-togethers with a gas grill,
picnic table and a huge deck over the water with comfortable patio
sets, swivel-rockers and a chaise lounge for sun worshipers. A 22-foot
pier is great for fishing and has bumpers/cleats for mooring boats.
Plus, there's a nice, clear swimming area with shallow entry and
gradually increasing depth.

Rates:
$100 per night (2-night minimum), $600 per week, $1800 per mo.
