And finally, we provide timely status reports via your preferred method of communication.  HOME WATCH - for absentee home owners, seasonal home or condo owners, RV explorers and world travelers. Provides regular
visits to inspect your home/condo and personal property in your
absence. You decide the frequency of visits, from once a month
to as often as once a week, and start living your life worry free!
PET WATCH - for busy pet owners & daily commuters that need
in-home pet care on a regular basis, and resident pet owners with
short-term needs while on vacation or extended business trips.
From overnight sitting in your home to daily visits for feeding &
watering, potty breaks and exercise - we handle it all for you!
RENTAL WATCH - for absentee rental property owners. We'll check your property regularly, monitor tenants for compliance with
your lease agreement, respond to emergency maintenance issues

inspection report and dated digital images of your property,

STORM WATCH - We'll ease your mind with this special service
call, inspection & report within 24-hours of major storm activity. The
best part? We do it automatically, and absolutely FREE of charge,
for all current clients on the GAPS roster when a storm occurs!
CONCIERGE SERVICE - We'll do the shopping & stocking of
food, liquor and supplies, prep your home/condo for your arrival,
make dinner reservations, arrange boat rental or fishing/golf outings.
Need anything else? Just ask, it will be ready when you arrive!
KEY HOLDER SERVICE - This is a biggee! As your designated
"Key Holder", we are you local liaison to meet, provide entry
for and monitor contractors, service companies, deliveries, utility
companies and for other non-emergency events. Never miss an
appointment again!
EMERGENCY RESPONSE - We're on call 24/7 for immediate
response to fire & police emergencies and security system alarms.

What do our services cost?
They're much more affordable than you might think! We can monitor your assets for as little as $30 per month, and the Storm Watch inspections alone are worth more than that!
Paying your bill is easy and secure too, now that we've adopted PayPal as our on-line billing & payment system.
You can use your PayPal account, any Major Credit Card, or your
Bank Card/Debit Card to pay your bill right here on our website, or via Electronic Invoicing (e-mail) with a simple "Click to Pay" button. Either way, it's all handled by PayPal - the safer, easier way to pay on-line!
"Technically Challenged" individuals encouraged to inquire - we can still do the old paper statements and checks through the mail routine!
