Stolen Car Fished Out of Lake Hamilton

Some of you might find this interesting; I was called out by
the Garland Co. Sheriff early one morning back in May. It seems they were checking out a tip on the whereabouts of a stolen car when they ran up on a stolen
boat in the same area. The boat
is what they called me for but I just had to stick around and see what unfolded.

  go down with a tow line in the
  first pic, and then here it's up
  closer to shore.





And there she is below, almost ready to be towed. Too bad, looks like it was a nice car. Funny thing was, the tipster called in and told them where to find the car, which was 15-20 feet down and not visible at all. Pretty much had to be the guy that ran the thing off in the lake in the first place!



Gotta run, I'll tell you some more "war stories" next time....Clay
